Allied Pharma Machinery Ltd offers Sotemapack. Established in 1974, Sotemapack SRL of Bologna, Italy have been supplying shrink and case packing machinery to the UK market for the past 15 years, with well over 200 successful installations to UK and Irish customers.

With 2 distinct divisions, Sotemapack's 'consumer' side manufactures low to medium speed shrink wrapping machines, along with wrap-around tray and case packers to the food, bottling and household sectors.

The 'industrial' division manufacturers large format shrink and spiral wrappers for products in the building industry such as wood panels, UPVC profiles, polystyrene boards etc.

Sotemapack are also fast becoming turnkey specialists where full lines can be built and tested prior to delivery at their large, modern premises.

 
  Case Packing & Palletising Equipment
Allied Pharma Machinery Ltd represent Oli Gmbh, who specialise in the manufacture of semi/auto case packing systems and compact gantry style palletisers, with specific interest in the food and pharma industry. Oli have a vast experience in end load case packers with either glue or tape seal option, and Pharma lines are built to GMP standards as required within this industry. Tray and lid systems are also available for applications such as sachets, cd cases etc plus specialist wrap around machines and tray erectors complete the range.

Oli's gantry style palletisers are ideal where space is an issue. The basic unit only takes up slightly more space than the pallet itself and can achieve cycle speeds of up to 15 movements per min. This is achieved via Oli's unique operation of elevating the product into position ready for the robot ahead.

Oli are based approx 20 miles south of Munich in a modern manufacturing facility with around 50 employees, and are a family owned company currently in its second generation.

  Rotary Labellers
Gernep Gmbh who have a manufacturing facility just north of Munich, specialize in performance rotary labeling systems incorporating; Wet Glue, Self Adhesive, Combined Wet Glue & Self adhesive with up to 6 labels simultaneously, Cold & Hot glue for wrap around labels. Speed up to 30,000 labels/hour can be achieved and Gernep’s modular construction enables flexible formats & quick change overs.

Sleeve wrappers with optional side sealers & shrink tunnels cater for shrink wrapping of large panels. Converting Machinery for the disposable industry. Allied Pharma Machinery Ltd presents GDM Spa. Part of the world famous group - AEMAGD. GDM are the world leaders in the manufacture of high speed baby and adult diaper liner, using the technology in the group from the famous cigarette division. Baby and adult diaper production speeds are without doubt the fastest in the world (at speeds in excess of 1000pc/min) and yet still remain the most simple to operate. The systems are modular and can be inter-chnaged by means of patented stand-alone modules, giving the entire production sequence an interchangability never known before.
