Allied Pharma is dedicated to support our clients in the best possible way. Our aim is to tailor our support in a way that best suits our customer’s needs along with the manufacturers we represent in both the UK & Ireland.

Spare Parts:

APM understand that the reaction time and identification of spare parts is critical in a production environment, and have implemented the quickest and most cost effective way to supply the spare parts required to support our machines, which may differ dependent on the type of Client and Manufacturer.

APM have understood the client’s perception of purchasing spares directly from through a third part i.e.: the agent. There is a premium which is certainly true in many cases as the agent often increases the cost of the part with huge profit margins, which is totally unnecessary and can cause delay in parts being shipped to the end customer.

All our European manufacturers have a dedicated spares department with an English speaking contact where the diagnosis and parts can be purchased quickly, cost effectively but most importantly in a timely manner, with all parts being shipped directly to the end users.

For manufacturers located outside of Europe, APM have taken the responsibility to bring in parts and distribute directly to our clients taking out the headache and problems associated with import and custom clearance, however still making sure parts arrive quickly and without the added time consuming factors of clearing consignments.

Service & Support:

New machine installations are normally carried out by our manufacturers own engineers however in certain circumstances are supported by APM’s own engineers. This can either be for installation assistance, training or machine hand over after the initial set up.

Allied Pharma have 2 dedicated and experienced Service technicians who have been working with our equipment suppliers for over 15 years so have a huge amount of experience to be able to diagnose and solve technical problems quickly and effectively.

In addition we also offer preventative maintenance Service Contracts, which can be tailored to suit the client’s needs taking into consideration important factors such as:

  • Machine Importance, 24 / 7 Production Machine Small Batch Development.

  • Machine Run Hours

  • Type of use

  • Environment

  • Machine Technology

  • Operator Skill Levels

  • Staff Turnover.
